The big day is approaching, and after having dedicated so much
time to the planning and perfecting of every aspect of your wedding
(not to mention the money), do you dare leave the execution of
these details to chance? You are the bride and should be carrying
a bouquet not a clipboard! You will need to have someone that
can be responsible for putting all of the elements and details
in place on the wedding day.
To accommodate these needs, a service that has grown tremendously
in popularity is "Month Of" and "Day Of" wedding coordination.
These services can take this pressure off of you and allow you
to enjoy your wedding day without worry. This package is designed for the couples that are planning the entire wedding by themselves and want some help managing the logistics of their wedding day.
1 Final Planning Meeting:
We'll get together before the wedding and help wrap up any loose ends. Meeting with the couples to develop a timeline for the wedding day. This is
a great time to review vendor contracts, determine any outstanding vendors or issues, plan the order of your wedding
ceremony procession, and finalize setup instructions for your coordinator.
Vendor Confirmation two weeks prior
to wedding:
Let's face it - the last few weeks before your wedding will be hectic enough
without having to double-check your vendors! There are RSVPs, the seating
chart, writing thank-you notes for early gifts, and preparing for the
rehearsal, among many other things you'll be worrying about. We're here to do
as much as we can for you during this busy time so you can focus on the most
important reason for your wedding: your fiancé!
Event Management:
Our role on your wedding day is to prevent & fix any problems that may
arise during your event while helping you maintain a cool composure. This
includes alerting your parents when it's time for their special dances,
steering you to the cake when it's time to cut, and reminding the catering
staff to pour champagne just before the toasts. Distribution of timeline to necessary vendors and wedding party. Coordination and direction of wedding day events (set hours) We keep things in order and moving so
you don't have to!
Guidance on Etiquette and Logistics:
Don't want children at your wedding? Can't figure out how to address that
invitation? We know that invitations, seating arrangements, and even thank-you
notes can be tricky sometimes. And those are supposed to be the easy parts! Let
us give you some ideas on how to tactfully approach situations that arise
during your wedding planning.
Timeline, Guidelines & Checklists:
There are so many details to keep track of! A formatted as a countdown so you know which
things need to be completed first. We help create a basic time-line for you to work off of. On the wedding day, we
will ensure your time-line will be followed by the emcee and catering staff.
This includes alerting your parents when it's time for their special dances,
steering you to the cake when it's time to cut, and alerting the catering staff
to pour champagne just before the toasts. We keep things in order and moving so
you don't have to!
Onsite Rehearsal Dinner Direction:
Maybe you want an intimate dinner in a quaint restaurant, or a large
outdoor
bar-be-que picnic with your family & close friends. Whatever your
vision
for the perfect rehearsal dinner, we'll help you choose a location;
assist in
deciding on the menu, and work with the staff who will be serving your
guests. Let us help line up your wedding party and show them how it's
done! We also
direct ushers and cue music for your processional and recessional.
Onsite Ceremony Direction:
We will direct the ceremony including the line up
of your bridal party as well as the bride's entrance. We will make sure
you have your marriage license on hand, rings, etc. No set up is included on this services
Onsite Reception Direction:
We
will direct the reception entrance as well as the times when the bridal
party will be entering to the site. Supervision off vendors and
personnel including waitresses, bartenders, etc.
Collection and Distribution of Final Payments / Gratuities:
We
collect all final payments and distribute to vendors and suppliers. We
also distribute any gratuities that you may have within the vendors and
suppliers.
Unlimited correspondence:
Of course you might need some help along the way! We are always available by
phone or email to answer questions, calm nerves, and give advice.
** Please note that we highly
recommend adding an assistant for events with more than 200 guests or in two
locations. This is a $350.00 flat fee for the entire day.
