This package is perfectly designed for couples who are busy during the day and do not have the necessary extra time to plan their dream wedding. Let us research and call vendors, visit sites and suggest creative options-- you make the decisions. We handle most of the coordination so you can be stress-free!

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination Services


Complementary Consultation Section of 2 hours:

We will meet to gather information about your vision for your wedding day. We collect all information; do the research.  The first meeting could be done over the phone, teleconference or e-mail. Any details, pictures, or ideas can be sent to us by e-mails.  The second meeting it should be face to face for the final presentation, proposal and signing of any contracts.


Event Design, Theme Construction and Management:
We will design your event, make sure the event has your theme of your choice and manage the entire event from finish to end. Our role the day of your wedding is to prevent & fix any problems that may arise during your event while helping you maintain a cool composure. This will allow you to enjoy quality time at your wedding reception and enjoy your first few hours of marriage among dear family and friends. We will remain easily accessible to you and your new husband through the entire event in case there are any last minute details you'd like us to attend to on your behalf. We keep things in order and moving so you don't have to! Of course, we love to see our hard work pay off at your beautiful event!


Vendor Research, Referrals and Coordination:
We will research for vendors that best match your requirements, them we gather proposals from at least two-three vendors in every category that fall within your budget. "We always recommend professional and reputable vendors that we know will take great care of your vision". After you've picked your favorites, we will review all Contract or Agreements; all you have to do is sign the contracts and we arrange for deposits, and final payments. We confirm their arrival and departure times two weeks before the wedding day. The day of the wedding we will coordinate all the vendors and make sure they are cue on their time. Leave the rest of the coordination to us! We will assist you with all vendors meetings, appointments and managed your schedule, such as set reminders by emails, and confirm meetings with the vendors.


Venue Research and Referrals;

We will research  for venues that best match your requirements and budget, then we gather all proposal for you to review. After picking the right venue for your event, If you like we will assist you with the menu selection.


Budget formulation & Guidance:
We will help you develop a realistic budget for your wedding and keep track of expenses.


2 Details Progress meetings & unlimited correspondence by E-mails:
We will have two detailed Progress Meetings where we discuss
to address concerns, track planning progress, catch up on small details, and to get a better feel for your personal style. One of them will be half way to the wedding date, (6 months) and the other one will be 1 month before the wedding. Of course you'll need some help along the way! We are always available by phone or email.This can be done over lunch, coffee, dinner-- If you'd like, we'll be happy to attend meetings with florists, reception sites, officiants, musicians, or even your dress fittings. We'll take notes, ask questions, and provide expert opinions at the conclusion of each meeting. An additional fee per hour will be added to your overall contract, of $ 125.00 per hour.


Guidance on Etiquette and Logistics:

Don't want children at your wedding? Can't figure out how to address that invitation? We know that invitations, seating arrangements, and even thank-you notes can be tricky sometimes. And those are supposed to be the easy parts! Let us give you some ideas on how to tactfully approach situations that arise during your wedding planning.


Stationery Research and Referrals:
Allow us to recommend stationery companies that fall within your budget. We can also suggest ideas for unique Save-the-Date cards, Invitations, Menu Cards, Ceremony Programs, Place Cards, and Thank You Notes. We will assist you with assembly and mailing wedding invitations to your guests.


Onsite Rehearsal Dinner Direction:
Maybe you want an intimate dinner in a quaint restaurant, or a large outdoor bar-be-que picnic with your family & close friends. Whatever your vision for the perfect rehearsal dinner, we'll help you choose a location; assist in deciding on the menu, and work with the staff who will be serving your guests.


Seating Chart:
Send us a list of your guests at least 48 hours before your wedding and we will create a beautiful large seating chart display to inform your guests where they will be sitting during the reception.


Out of Town Guest Lodging Arrangements: 

Let us choose or recommend convenient lodging for your guests. We will arrange room blocks and rooming lists with the chosen hotel(s) and negotiate special rates.


Timeline, Guidance & Checklists:

We will manage and guide you with your timelines, and checklists.


Onsite Rehearsal Direction:

Let us help line up your wedding party and show them how it's done! We also direct ushers and cue music for your processional and recessional.


Onsite Ceremony Direction and Set-up:
We arrive at your ceremony site as early as possible to display programs, set up a unity candle or other ceremony items, arrange pew decoration, and give your ushers a last-minute reminder of how to seat guests. We will direct the entire


Onsite Reception Direction and Set-up:

We will decorate your reception site! This may include placing favors at each setting, putting out table numbers, setting out place cards, displaying a guest book, decorating tables, or an assortment of many other different things!


Favor Research and Referral:

We will research all the favors available according to your theme, and refer to you the companies who has the best match according to your budget. We will assembly and deliver favors to the reception site for you.


Distribution of Final Payments / Gratuities:

We collect all final payments and distribute to vendors and suppliers. We also distribute any gratuities that you may have within the vendors and suppliers.


Collection and Delivery of Wedding Day Materials and Presents:

We ensure your entire gifts and cards make it into the appropriate car at the end of the evening. We also pack up extra favors, candles, programs, table numbers, and other personal belongings to send home. We'll even put your overnight bags in the limousine before you depart so you can leave your reception knowing nothing is forgotten.


Unlimited Emails & Telephone Communication:

We will be available over the telephone or emails for any questions you may have during the planing and coordination of your event.




* Please note that we highly recommend adding an assistant for events with more than 200 guests or you have two locations. This is a $350.00 flat fee for the entire day.
